🧵 How it's made
Bella + Canvas turns premium cotton from India and South Korea into ultra-soft yarn using their Airlume process, which removes 2.5x more impurities than standard cotton. For blends, it’s mixed with high-quality polyester for added softness and durability. Fabric is dyed in LA, finished in El Salvador, and sewn in WRAP-certified, sweatshop-free facilities—all ensuring high quality, ethical production, and a lower environmental impact. Our supplier prints our Aussie-designed graphics onto these premium blanks—creating tees that look great, feel better, and are made with care.
