Refunds and Returns Policy

At Cozies Designed in Australia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Refund Eligibility:

Order Accuracy:

Please ensure you order the correct size and colour, as our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds/exchanges for orders with no defects. Refunds are only available for items that are faulty, damaged, or due to a supplier error. Please provide photos which can be submitted through our Contact Us page or alternatively email us at info@cozies.com.au

Claims for Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to Cozies within 30 days after receiving the product.
  • To expedite the process, please take photos of the issue and include them in your claim.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues:

  • If a product is returned due to an undeliverable address or is refused by the customer, it will be sent back to Cozies’s supplier.
  • Cozies will contact the customer to determine how to proceed or if the shipping address needs to be changed.
  • If the customer wishes to have the product reshipped, the cost will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Cozies will hold the product in temporary returns storage for 30 days at no charge. After this period, all unclaimed returns will be donated to charity.

Lost Packages:

  • If you believe your package may be lost in transit, please contact Cozies, and our team will contact the carrier to locate your order.
  • You must claim any lost orders with Cozies no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
